HELM Corporation was formed in 1990. HELM provides financial management, accountancy, audit and business advisory support services to the public and private sectors.
In addition to its Head Office, HELM operates from bases in the East Midlands, London, Glasgow, Belfast & Dublin.
HELM retains in-house professional units to support financial management consultancy (including PPP/PFI), accounting services and Audit and Assurance services.

HELM retains a strong team of financial management consultants drawn from industry, commerce, banking, practice and the public sector. HELM has carried out a range of financial management consultancy assignments for the private sector and public sector including central and local government, education and health. This includes formulating financial management responses to the recommendations included in The Gershon Review.
