The following are examples of projects where HELM have been at work in Republic Of Ireland
Republic of Ireland - Project Management Shared Service Centre in the Department of Justice
HELM were also contracted to provide project management training to the Department of Justice including the Courts Service. Training was provided to senior executives on a large-scale programme and project management to ensure that projects are delivered in an appropriate and effective way within the required timescales and budget. Helm are currently contracted to carry out the project management and delivery of the Management Information System in the Irish Courts Service in order to underpin the Irish Court Service response to the Irish governments strategic management initiative. The new system will support financial management and performance management information systems in respect of key performance indicators.
